Raqi

The sculpture is formed from metal ribbons that wind in an upward movement, carrying Arabic calligraphy on their surfaces. A marble niche was dedicated to it at the entrances of some suites, so that its relationship with architecture and lighting became part of how it is seen.

The surfaces catch the light and shadows stretch across the marble, revealing the movement of the composition in the material and its surroundings.
