Mahmood Al Abadi developed the concept for the offices of the chief executive and senior management, studied the space and prepared the composition before painting directly on the glass with pigments and brushes. The work carries verses by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the Emirates, nation-building and leadership.
As sunlight passes through, the shadows of the letters extend onto the opposite wall, adding to the writing a presence that changes within the space.
