Mahmood Al Abadi developed a set of works and applications dedicated to the Arabic language, combining a smartwatch face, calligraphic compositions and a complete gift design. Hafez Ibrahim's line "I am the sea, in whose depths pearls lie hidden" was used in a composition that extended to the digital face and the gifts.
In "Through You We Are the Ideal Nation", from the poetry of Hamad Khalifa Abu Shihab, the writing was shaped to evoke the landmarks of Abu Dhabi. The project connects language, the image of the city and everyday objects, adapting the composition to each application.
